Benoit Ivernel is French - an avid Anglophone originally from Orleans, he is now based in Montpellier. Benoit has a vast personal knowledge of the buy to rent market in Montpellier & Nimes and also has 'experience in' gite ownership and rental in the Gard countryside. Benoit, a certified translator and French teacher, is able to tailor-make classes to your needs & accompany you, when needed, to appointments related to the purchase of your property or your move to France.

Wendy Johnson is English and has been living in France now for over 8 years. She is based close to Nimes and in her spare time helps to run an Association (with over 270 members) for English speakers in the area.  Wendy originally worked in the commercial travel industry, where among other things she organised group travel and conferences. She is French speaking; has all the right contacts required to make your relocation easier, and to date she has a 100pc success rate finding the right properties for her clients.
