Property Viewings : We are here to pass on our knowledge and contacts in the Estate Agent business in the Midi. Our aim is to ensure that you have a week full of appointments to visit suitable properties, with no time wasted.

We have English speaking contacts and, for the French-only speaking Agencies, if necessary, we can provide translation services for you. We can either accompany you if required, or we can give you a head-start by providing all necessary maps and information, leaving you to visit properties independently.

We also locate properties being sold by individuals directly, therefore, avoiding agent's fees. We are a completely impartial service, accepting no agent's commissions, ensuring you get honest opinions and sound advice.

Moving in? We know there aren't enough hours in the day when you are moving house, let alone, moving country. If you need someone to make calls for you; find you an English speaking doctor or just point you in the right direction to a DIY store - let us know.

Translations : Can't figure out what that letter  from the tax man says? We can let you have quick translations you can trust, and help with a reply. We can also accompany you to appointments - opening a bank account, arranging insurance etc.
